Algemene voorwaarden
Geachte gewaardeerde klant,
Wij begrijpen hoe belangrijk het voor u is om de huurvoorwaarden volledig te begrijpen voordat u een van onze producten huurt. Daarom willen we graag even de tijd nemen om u wat gedetailleerde informatie te geven die u kan helpen een weloverwogen beslissing te nemen.
Allereerst willen wij benadrukken dat al onze huurvoorwaarden zijn opgesteld om de veiligheid en tevredenheid van onze klanten te garanderen. Wij streven ernaar om de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen in onze producten en diensten te handhaven.
Onze huurperiodes zijn doorgaans gebaseerd op cycli van 24 uur, hoewel we indien nodig altijd graag alternatieve regelingen bespreken. Onze huurtarieven kunnen variëren afhankelijk van een aantal factoren, waaronder de duur van de huurperiode, het type product dat wordt gehuurd en eventuele aanvullende diensten of benodigde apparatuur.
Houd er rekening mee dat we op het moment van verhuur een identiteitsbewijs en een geldige betaalmethode nodig hebben. Verder raden wij u ten zeerste aan om de algemene voorwaarden van onze huurovereenkomst volledig door te lezen voordat u deze ondertekent, om eventuele verwarring of misverstanden te voorkomen.

As soon as the Tenant indicates that he is interested in renting an accommodation, he will receive a quote stating the rental costs and a copy of the rental conditions. If the Renter wishes to convert the offer into a booking, the Renter will immediately provide his full address, telephone number and date of birth, as well as a statement of all fellow travelers with name and date of birth. After this, Villa Vista Royal will send an invoice in its capacity as Mediator.
Villa Vista Royal is a member of the SGR guarantee fund. You can find the conditions at www.sgr.nl/guarantee scheme.
When paying the down payment of the invoice, the Tenant declares to agree with the Rental Conditions as sent to him and/or which can be found on the website www.villavistaroyal.com
Villa Vista Royal is entitled to refuse a reservation on the basis of age and/or group composition or to set additional conditions. This on behalf of and in consultation with the Landlord.
As soon as the invoice has been received by the Renter, a down payment of 25% of the total principal sum is required from him/her. This must be received by Villa Vista Royal within 5 days, after which Villa Vista Royal will immediately send confirmation of receipt to the tenant by e-mail.
The remainder of the principal amount, namely 75%, must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. The final payment date is stated on the invoice.
If a booking is made with arrival within 8 weeks, the Renter is obliged to pay the entire invoice amount immediately.
A deposit is included on the invoice. The amount of this differs per accommodation. Within 7 days after the rental period, this deposit will be refunded to the bank account of the last payment made by the Tenant to Villa Vista Royal, less costs as stated in the Agreement and any damage caused by the Tenant or fellow travelers.
If the deposit is not paid within the set term, the Tenant will be in default and the Agreement will be canceled provided that Villa Vista Royal has given written permission to make payment at another time.
Access to the accommodation can only be granted when the entire rent has been received by Villa Vista Royal.
Until the moment that the entire rent has been paid, the Renter is jointly and severally responsible and liable for payment of the entire invoice amount.
The Rental Agreement is concluded between the Landlord/Owner and the Tenant. Villa Vista Royal is only an intermediary and is not itself a party to the agreement.
We strongly advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance in the unlikely event that you cannot come
The Landlord has insured his accommodation and contents, however your belongings are not insured. Therefore, you should also take out proper liability insurance. For advice on insurance, please contact one of our employees.
After the Agreement has been concluded, the Hirer can request changes.
Requests for amendments to the Agreement must always be made in writing.
Requests for a change that are not made during office hours or during Sundays or public holidays will only be processed on the next working day after the request
If necessary, the Landlord must give permission for a change.
Changes made to the Agreement apply to all Fellow Travelers.
Changes are only final if they have been confirmed in writing by Villa Vista Royal.
Changes never lead to a refund of amounts already paid or a reduction of the original invoice amount.
The Tenant is not permitted to sublet the accommodation or otherwise allow it to be used by third parties.
It is not permitted to occupy the villa with more Travelers than stated on the invoice without written permission from Villa Vista Royal
It is not permitted to allow other Travelers than those known to Villa Vista Royal to occupy the villa. This is only possible after notification to Villa Curacao of the adjustments of the company.
If the entire rent has been received by Villa Vista Royal no later than 8 weeks before arrival, the booking will be processed further.
Villa Vista Royal will send more information about the accommodation by email. This contains a description of the accommodation, more information about the area, the details of the managers of the accommodation and the procedure for key transfer.
We will ask the Renter to provide flight details such as flight number and expected arrival time so that we can inform the managers of the accommodation at what time they can expect the guests
The tenant is personally responsible for the correct travel documents. If the Hirer or his fellow travelers cannot make the trip or not fully because the documents are incorrect or incomplete, no (partial) refund of the rental fee will take place.
If the Renter needs a cot or high chair, he can let us know. If the accommodation does not have these available, a small fee will be charged for this.
If the Renter wishes an airport transfer from Hato Airport to the accommodation, the Renter can indicate this to us. Villa Vista Royal is happy to provide this ride. Ask one of our employees for the exact costs.
Villa Vista Royal is happy to advise you about rental cars.
If an Agreement is cancelled, the Hirer owes the following cancellation costs:
In case of cancellation up to the 56th day (exclusive) before the day of arrival: the deposit of 25%
In case of cancellation from the 56th day (inclusive) to the 28th day before the day of arrival: 60% of the rent.
In case of cancellation from the 28th day (inclusive) to the 7th day before the day of arrival: 90% of the rent.
In case of cancellation from the 7th day (inclusive) to the day of arrival or later : 100% of the rent
Villa Vista Royal has the right to dissolve the Rental Agreement due to serious circumstances. Weighty circumstances are such that in all reasonableness Villa Vista Royal cannot be held to the Agreement. This includes:
Fire, natural disasters, sale of the house, etc
In this case, Villa Vista Royal will make every effort to find replacement accommodation that is at least as good as the original accommodation.
If the cause of these circumstances can be attributed to the Lessee or his fellow travelers, the resulting damage will be borne by the Lessee.
It is absolutely forbidden to smoke indoors under any circumstances. We emphatically request the Renter to respect this rule of life. Of course smoking outside is no problem at all.
Pets are NOT allowed in the accommodation if written permission has been given by Villa Vista Royal.
Most accommodations offer the use of a swimming pool, whether or not on site. It may happen that the swimming pool cannot be used (temporarily) due to a technical problem. Of course everything will be done to solve the problem, however, the Lessor accepts no liability for not being able to use the swimming pool and/or damage suffered as a result.
It is not allowed to stay at the pool with glassware.
Children may only use the pool under the supervision of at least 1 adult
We strongly advise that children wear a life jacket in the vicinity of the swimming pool
If an accommodation offers a net or other security at the swimming pool, this should never be seen as a substitute for adult supervision for the children
It is not allowed to operate the technical installation of the swimming pool. The tenant is requested to report any malfunctions immediately to the manager
Nude sunbathing is not allowed on the outside area of the accommodation
The landlord can never be held liable for damage suffered in the event of accidents in and around the swimming pool offered at the accommodation.
Most accommodations are equipped with an alarm system. It is mandatory to activate it as soon as you leave the house. If the alarm was not switched on at the time of a burglary, the Renter is liable for the damage suffered.
The landlord is not liable for: – theft, damage and/or loss during the rental period of the accommodation – accidents in and around the accommodation – temporary malfunctions of equipment in and around the accommodation – accidents in and around the swimming pool of the accommodation – malfunctions of water and/or power supplies – nuisance from activities outside the rented plot, including construction activities in the vicinity of the accommodation – force majeure of any kind.
All accommodations are known to Villa Vista Royal and have been found to be very good for the time being. However, Villa Vista Royal only acts as a Mediator between the Tenant and the Landlord and does not accept any liability with regard to the booking and the condition of the accommodation. Naturally, Villa Vista Royal will ensure an extremely careful implementation of the services it offers.
It is absolutely not permitted for the Renter to:
organize parties or celebrations in the rented accommodation
playing loud music, even during the day
to let guests who are not registered with Villa Curacao spend the night in the accommodation
using drugs of any kind and form in and around the property
The Tenant will also treat the environment of the accommodation with respect so that residents of surrounding accommodations do not suffer from noise nuisance, litter or other improper use of the rented property.
The Hirer and Fellow Travelers will behave as befits a good Hirer.
Damage caused will be reported immediately to the manager
Any technical problems will be reported directly to the administrator
Upon departure from the house, all dirt will have been removed and the accommodation will be delivered broom clean
The tenant is responsible for the actions of his fellow travelers.
